I do not know when I get my Deposit back but anyway after a few misunderstanding in our communication, and after I spoke with someone everything went very smoothly and the co. stood behind their warranty. I have ALWAYS been very happy with my Bike, It is the BEST in the west and now I know the co. will stand behind their warranty I am recommending this BIKE to all my senior friends.
Swapped the LED screen and switch. Solved the issues I was having.
Awaiting return label for core deposit.

delivery took too long
I still havent been able to have the local bike shop put the new motor in. As they half to lace the wheel and that will take some time. Trying to schedule the appointment.
Had to replace the motor on my himiway while it was still under warranty. I had a GREAT experience with the people I was emailing. Part came and I returned the motor and got my deposit back! Email was very responsive.
Although we don’t yet have a solution, the staff has been in constant contact trying to resolve the issue
You sent me wrong part still waiting for new one. Unless it arrived in the last three days I’m out of town.

Got the new controller after a shipping hiccup. Fit well and took about 45 minutes to get everything back together. Great design and easy to work on. Feels like brand new.
I received my replacement part. Deposit usually means that you will receive you money back?
